常问问题

1.      What is the teacher age range for this program?（这个项目的年龄范围要求是多少？）

There is no specific age range but since teaching requires long hours of work the candidate should   be in good health.（没有明确的年龄范围要求，但是候选人要身体良好，因为教学需要长时间工作）
2.      What kind of degree or major required?（对学历和专业的要求是什么？）
Teachers should have a Bachelor"s Degree in Education (minimum). Master"s Degree is preferred. They should be certified to teach in China.（赴美教师要求本科学历（包含本科）以上，硕士及以上优先录取，另外还需有教师资格证明。）
3.      What kind of teaching experience needed?（需要哪种教学经验？）
Experience teaching the subject (Mandarin) in school there for at least 2 years.（从事汉语教学2年及以上。）
4.      What kind of English level? Do the teachers need certificate for their English?（对英语水平要求是怎样的？教师需要英语的相关证书吗？）
Teachers need to be fluent in English. A certificate is not required but they will have to interview in English.（需要教师英语流利，不需要英语证书，但是教师要经过英语面试。）
5.      Where is the school, which state?（学校在美国哪个州？）
The schools are all over the US. （学校遍布美国各个州。）
6.      What kind of schools you place teachers for?（你们会把教师安置在哪种学校？）
Mostly public, some private schools have also shown interest.（大多数是公立学校，部分私立学校。）
7.      What is the student’s age range?（学生年龄大概在哪个范围？）
The age range of the students varies depending on the school that chooses to hire the teacher; Elementary is 4-11years, Middle School 11 - 14years, High school 14-18years.（学生的年龄范围依据学校选择雇用的老师而不一样。小学是4-11岁，中学是11-14岁，高中是14-18岁。）
8.      How many hours per week of working? And what is the salary?（每周工作时间是多少？薪资怎么样？）
Teachers will have to work 40 hours a week and maybe more if you include extracurricular or as club mentors, advisors. The salary depends on their level of education and years of experience. The more education they have and the more years of experience, the higher their salary will be.（汉语教师一般一周工作40个小时。如果除课程外还担任其他比如俱乐部辅导员、顾问，工作时间会更久。薪资与汉语教师的教学水平和资历成正比。）
9.      Who is finding accommodation for the teachers? Do the teachers have to pay by themselves? Also what kind of accommodation, like apartment or host family?（谁为老师找住宿的地方？老师需要自付吗？是哪种住宿，公寓还是寄宿家庭？
We will help them find accommodation (apartments). Teachers will have to pay rent on their own.（我们会帮助教师找住宿的地方，教师要自付房租。）
10.  How long they can work in US?（可以在美国工作多长时间？）
3-5 years（3-5年）
